How online consultation works

  1. Choose slot and specialty

    Select specialty (e.g. GP, internist, paediatrician), visit type (teleconsultation, video or chat) and a convenient time window.

  2. Patient details and payment

    Enter contact and identification details, accept terms and pay — this reserves the doctor's slot.

  3. Contact with the doctor

    At the booked time the doctor contacts you by phone, video or chat depending on visit type.

  4. Recommendations and documents

    After consultation the doctor may — if appropriate — issue e-prescription, e-sick note, e-referral or advice in the patient panel. Scope depends on your health status.

Teleconsultation pricing

Online consultation starts from 99 PLN and depends on specialty (e.g. family medicine — lower rate, some specialties — higher). Exact fee is shown in the booking form before payment.

When teleconsultation may not be enough

Emergencies (chest pain, breathlessness, suicidal thoughts, bleeding, head injury) require immediate help — 112 or emergency department, not teleconsultation.

Physical examination (auscultation, palpation, neurological tests) is sometimes essential — the doctor may recommend an in-person visit.

Teleconsultation does not replace hospital treatment or rehabilitation requiring in-person attendance.

Decisions on prescriptions, sick leave and referrals always belong to the doctor — without guarantee of a specific document.

Teleconsultation is usually phone or chat. Video consultation includes live image — useful when the doctor needs to see e.g. a skin lesion.
How soon can I get an appointment?
